OBVAULT is operated by Obvault Sdn Bhd, a company registered in Malaysia. "We", "us" and "OBVAULT" mean that company. "You" means the person using the service. By creating an account or paying for a level, you agree to these terms.
OBVAULT is a research and screening tool. It aggregates public filings — SEC 13F holdings, Form 4 insider transactions and congressional disclosures — and scores them so you can read them quickly.
It is not investment advice. We are not a registered investment adviser, not a broker-dealer, and not your fiduciary. Nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy or sell any security, and no part of it is personalised to your circumstances. Every decision you take with your own money is yours alone. If you need advice, speak to a licensed adviser in your jurisdiction.
You need an account to use the terminal. Keep your sign-in details to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person; do not share it. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
New accounts may be reviewed before they are opened, and we may decline one without giving a reason.
Access is sold in levels. What each level includes is described on the site at the time you subscribe, and that description is what you are buying. Levels are cumulative: a higher level includes what is below it.
Some parts of the site are not sold at all and are opened only by arrangement with us. We may change what a level includes as the product develops. If we materially reduce what your paid level includes, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of that billing period.
Paid levels are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. We do not receive or store your card details. Prices are shown in US dollars; your bank may apply its own conversion and fees.
A subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancelling stops the next charge — your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Changing level takes effect immediately and Stripe adjusts the difference.
If a payment fails we may suspend access while the card is retried, and cancel the subscription if it keeps failing.
Because access is granted immediately, monthly fees are generally not refundable once a period has begun. We will refund where the law requires it, where we have materially failed to provide what was described, or where we simply agree it is fair — ask us. Nothing here removes a right you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
Our data comes from public sources, chiefly SEC EDGAR and congressional disclosure portals, together with market-data providers. It is provided as is. Filings are published with statutory delays, sources are sometimes late, incomplete or wrong, and our own processing may add errors. Scores and rankings are our opinion, expressed in numbers, not statements of fact.
Some levels are shown on a delay. Where a delay applies it is stated on the page.
Do not rely on this service for anything time-critical, and verify anything that matters against the original filing before you act on it.
Parts of the site record simulated positions and performance. No real order is placed, no real money moves, and simulated results ignore costs, slippage and the difficulty of actually filling a trade. Past performance, real or simulated, does not predict future results.
Where the service is connected to a broker account of yours, you remain solely responsible for that account and for every order placed in it.
Do not scrape, bulk-download or systematically copy the site; resell, redistribute or publish our data or scores; share your account; attempt to reach parts of the service you have not paid for; or interfere with the service or its security. Automated access is only permitted where we have offered it to you in writing.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is being shared or abused, or where required by law. If we close a paid account for a reason other than a breach by you, we will refund the unused part of the period.
You may close your account at any time by cancelling and asking us to remove it.
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we carry out maintenance that occasionally takes it offline.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for investment losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or from any error, delay or omission in the data. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction, without removing any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
Questions about these terms, your subscription or a refund: contact us at the address shown on our site. We respond within a reasonable period.
