OBVAULT ("we") operates a research and screening terminal for public-market data. This policy explains what we collect when you request access or use the site.
When you request early access we collect the email address and the "how do you invest?" answer you submit, plus basic technical data (timestamp, browser user-agent). If you hold an account, we store your username, access grants and activity timestamps needed to run the service.
To contact you about access, to operate and secure your account, and to prioritise onboarding. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
We process data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in running the service. Under PDPA (Malaysia) and GDPR (EU) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time.
We keep access-request emails until you ask us to remove them or they are no longer needed. Account data is kept for the life of the account.
